There were many things that prevented me from posting for a ludicrously long time, and I guess getting restless is a very easy thing to do on the Internet. However, when I start blogs around Christmas, they seem to be auspicious endeavors, so I’m going to try my hand at it and see if it (as well as my resolve) sticks around.
To start, I’m going to list some books I’ve read lately, which I will get back to at length throughout this break. I also aim to comment on this ridiculous political scene, which seems to be the first I’ve been aware of where, as Tim Russert said on Meet the Press this Sunday, there are six possible presidents!

There’s also the matter of politics, and my first post concerning the subject will either be about Ron Paul, McCain or Clinton, I haven’t decided yet. Obama’s been analyzed to the point where I don’t think I could contribute to the discussion, though I have the few days leading up to Iowa to be proven wrong.

On the matter of food, I pledge to do comprehensive restaurant reviews, starting from my town of New Brunswick and the city of New York, though I shall review the odd restaurant in India, Washington DC, and Juneau (no, not really). High living, we should call this, or money-shitting, I’m not at all particular.
